The main course is the traditional Chinese food: dumplings, inside the stuffing were homemade from the families of WAT’s leadership and staff , with different ingredients, like chives, eggs, vermicelli, sauerkraut, celery, beef. All WATers from all region of China started to make dumplings together, so the shape of the dumplings were in variety: regular five fingers pinch, lace fold, gold ingot shape, whale back, if our foreign customers are on site, they must be feeling amazing at this Chinese food culture. In addition to dumplings, we also brought our hometown snacks to share, such as braised pork from Sichuan, fried meatballs from Hubei, egg pancakes from Guangdong, salted sausage from Hunan, steamed glutinous rice from Xi'an, etc. The director’s wife also brought her own homemade bubble milk tea, which made the New Year's Day luncheon more perfect. Everyone gathered around the table to make dumplings and share delicious food together with satisfaction, so that we can enjoy life after harding work and also believe we can exert our potentiality and creativity well in the work for WAT’s business.
